This current issue grew out of English 1111-2 this semester, and it is my hope that there will be an edition at the end of each semester. I would also like to see it eventually open to all the students and teachers at MCTC.

English 1111-2, fall 2000, held a series of debates on what they think would be
a fair and workable contract for the citizens of a federal state.
